HELLOOOOO EVERYONE, I’m Lee, cookie artist and the owner of Little Cookie Studio. I am a self-taught cookie artist, learning everything I know about decorating through reading blogs, YouTube tutorials, following inspirational “cookiers” on Social Media, and taking fun courses from cookie decorating experts all around.
It all started back in 2009 when I fell in love with decorating cakes to expand my creativity where I used to make different sizes and shapes of fondant cakes to friends and family. When royal icing cookies started trending, I started making some cookies as a fun experiment and the royal icing “bug” bit me. I was instantly addicted to royal icing decorating! Ever since then, I have worked on creating my own delicious homemade decorated cookies that people enjoy eating as much as they enjoy looking at. Friends and family encouraged me to start selling them and from there, Little Cookie Studio was born for custom cookie orders and to teach royal icing cookie classes. I began teaching cookie classes recently so I can share my skills and all the tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way!
